We understand — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s a size issue, a change of mind, or a wrong/defective item, we’re here to help.
Return Timeframe
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange your order.
And 4 days to return your order from the delivery date.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging when applicable
How to Exchange

Before shipping the product back, please notify us via email, call, or WhatsApp with your order details.

Include this form with your return package.
Download Form
Ship the item back to us
Make sure it’s securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the product:
Refund will be processed to your bank account or Second Story Wallet
Exchange will be shipped within 2–5 business days after approval
